"Iím loving the Ten Minute Walk exercise. Iím currently uploading my pics to my media album adding sound effects and such. I like how easy the site is to navigate through and using the example videos you canít go wrong. I intend to carry on with my media album for now and whatís great is I can do it in my own time. Thank you Start2! "

Step 1: Go for a short walk

Go for a short walk

  • Go for a short walk to a green space near you. Even in cities there are many green spaces and many streets are lined with trees. It’s easy to walk past these areas day in and day out and stop noticing your surroundings

Step 2: Leaf shapes

Below are examples of 3 easily identifiable types of tree common to the UK.

  • See if you can identify them where you are, by looking at the leaf shapes. Record your discovery – You could draw round each leaf, sketch it, take a rubbing or photograph it
