Having good concentration brings obvious benefits, but the ability to focus on one thing isn’t as easy as it sounds. Distractions, stress, lack of sleep and certain medication can affect our capacity to keep on track with what we’re doing.


With regular practise we can build upon our self-discipline and train our minds to concentrate better. This doesn’t have to be as painful as it might sound, and in this section we’ve developed enjoyable activities to improve concentration and offer other wellbeing benefits.
