Step 4: Stay relaxed

  • Try this activity again tomorrow with the other painting. Continue with this activity for a total of 5 days, you can use the same image or you may wish to use a different image of your choice. You can find images online, in magazines or books. If you can stick your chosen images in a notebook, and write down any observations you have after doing the activity
