Relate To Others Confidently - Body Language in Action

"Iíve looked at paintings in galleries before but there was no interest. Now there is. Now, since doing the body language in art activities, I can focus and talk about my personal insight into them."

These are seven short five to ten minute exercises to download and do. They are aimed to increase awareness in body language in yourself and others. Try doing one a day for a week and keep a record of what you notice.
