Anger

“If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow.”

Chinese Proverb

“There are things that must evoke our anger to show we care. It is what we do with that anger. If we direct that energy we can use it positively or destructively.”

Archbishop Desmond Tutu

Anger can be a very powerful emotion. It can be frightening to experience in oneself and also to witness in others. As with all emotions anger is neither positive nor negative, but it may inspire acts that are deemed to be so.
