We’re all guilty of taking the good things for granted in our lives. This exercise will help to focus you on things in your life for which you might like to say thank you.

 

Start a thank you book

  • Make a list of all the things for which you feel grateful. These can be whatever you want to mention, from major things to small things (think of all those things you may not notice much, but which you’d certainly miss if they vanished). Add to the list every time you come across something else. You could photograph things instead of using words and create an album in the Media Album
