Did you know?

Rather than waiting until we feel better to do things, research tells us that an outside-in approach works. That is, making changes in what we do and how we do things. Doing activities we value and normally enjoy, despite feeling low or unmotivated, can change how we feel about ourselves.

"A fun and productive exercise."
