  • Don’t throw the pieces of paper away! Buy a notebook and collect your successes. Dip in to your ‘Success Book’ from time to time
  • Make it your intention to be aware of simple pleasures that spark a feel good factor throughout your day. Make a note of them, and purposefully build them into your weekly routine
  • Fill in your Reflective Diary below
  • Have you taken your Wellbeing Temperature recently?  You can use our Wellbeing Thermometer to log, measure and understand your own patterns of wellbeing. Our Wellbeing Thermometer will direct you around the Start2 resource helping you to choose the creative wellbeing activity to best suit you
