Happy New Year to you

10th January 2013

Made a New Year’s Resolution?

Studies show that if we write down a goal, and, even better, spend time creating a plan for achieving it, we’re far more likely to be successful than if we just think about a goal. There are plenty of benefits that can be gained from working towards goals, such as: feeling empowered and more in charge of life; feeling energised and inspired; experiencing a sense of accomplishment; experiencing increased confidence.

If you’ve decided to make some resolutions for the new year check out our Goal Setting guidance for ways to set realistic goals and measure your progress.

You can save your goals and tick them off in your Ownzone (You’ll need to register to do this. Registration is quick, easy and private)
