To top up on that all important vitamin D try to complete this activity whilst outdoors, but if that’s not possible take the leaf or flower home and finish the activity off there.
Use this activity regularly to feel the benefits of being outdoors and noticing surroundings. Use as a starting point for creating felt pieces and other artworks.
