"When life gives you lemons, make lemonade"

Introduction
So what's all the fuss about goals anyway?
- Having goals to work towards can help us feel empowered and more in charge of life
- Goals can help organise our routine and give us a sense of purpose and meaning
- Accomplishing goals can inspire, energise and motivate us to succeed
- Goals can give us a sense of where we are going, and how far we have come
- Goals can stretch and challenge us positively, and give us a big confidence boost, particularly when we see progress, and so know that our goal is being achieved
- Goals can open our eyes to new possibilities and opportunities and support us to make positive changes
- Studies show that if we write down a goal, and, even better, spend time creating a plan for achieving it, we’re far more likely to be successful than if we just think about a goal
Why not have a go and see for yourself!
