- Helps us to notice our surroundings in a different way
- Gives us an opportunity to take some time out as well as enjoying some exercise and breathing in fresh air (well, maybe not so fresh in the middle of the city)
- Encourages us to appreciate the small things. This can contribute to building a positive outlook
- Prompts connection with others through sharing
You will need:
- A camera or camera ‘phone – for the walk
- A pen/pencil – for afterwards
